Asia Insurance Review, as the voice of the insurance industry in Asia, is leaving no stone unturned in bringing the first ever two-day Employee Benefits Conference to the insurance industry in this region.
With the theme “Making Employee Benefits Smart & Cost Effective”, the Conference recognises that in the sharing economy with the empowered connected employee, the fight for talent is crucial and critical for success.
To be held in Singapore on 3-4 July, the Conference will provide a platform for HR managers and experts to gather with the insurance industry to look at responding creatively to tech-world challenges to human capital in the global village.
In this disrupted tech-driven world, there is a need to develop a best in class employee benefits programme that will draw the crowds and retain talent while being efficient, effective and affordable.
There are insurers out there which are offering innovative solutions to the problem of recruitment and HR development under the Employee Benefits ambit. In addition, at least 50 HR managers from non-insurance companies signed up for the conference to network and exchange views.
The event is co-organised with CXA Group and Singapore Human Resources Institute.
The Conference's keynote address will be delivered by Mr Sim Beng Khoon, Director, Health Promotion Board of Singapore.
Other experts will speak on topics including leveraging technology to improve employee health, embracing telemedicine and managing healthcare costs.
